Cancellation of Purchase Options

We understand that plans can change. Our purchase options are designed to be flexible while ensuring fair use of our products and services.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases can be cancelled before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options (if applicable)

If a product is offered with a subscription or recurring purchase option:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled payment.

• Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle.

Orders Already Processed

If your order has already been shipped:

• Cancellation is no longer possible.

• You may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy once it is delivered.
