Express shipping fee within Australia via Australia Post is fixed $14.99. Orders will generally be processed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on the distance from Victoria.

• Dispatch will be delayed on weekends and public holidays, and will be processed on the next business day.
• Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as pandemics, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors, shipping times may be extended.
• For remote areas, delivery times may exceed the usual estimated timeframe.

Once you receive the ready to pick up confirmation email, you may pick up your order during the following hours:
